      Password Rules
      • · Please enter 8-20 halfwidth characters
      • · Password is case sensitive, and should only contain any 2 of the character types, namely: uppercase, lowercase, numbers or symbols.

      Only allow a maximum of 30 Chinese characters can be inputted

      • 1、You are required to set your password and reserved information for the first-time login to the corporate online banking.
      • 2、The reserved information you set will be displayed on the homepage together with your username after login, helping you identify phishing websites. This information can be modified in the section of Self-service – Security Center – Reserved Information Modification.

      Dear customer, please ensure you USBKey has inserted properly into your computer. If you have inserted, it is possible that the USBKey driver software was not installed or the Internet Browser setup was not setup. Please refer to setup Step 2 & 3 in the “Setup Guide” to setup
